Position Overview: As an E-Waste Sourcing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our e-waste management program, responsible for sourcing e-waste materials from corporate partners. You will lead the development and implementation of strategies to secure a consistent supply of e-waste materials, fostering mutually beneficial relationships with corporate clients while promoting sustainable practices throughout the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for e-waste materials from corporate partners, ensuring alignment with our sustainability goals and business objectives.
- Identify and engage with potential corporate clients to establish e-waste sourcing agreements, negotiating terms and conditions to maximize value and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and environmental compliance, to coordinate e-waste collection, transportation, and processing activities.
- Conduct regular assessments of corporate partners’ e-waste generation and disposal practices, providing recommendations for improvement and optimization.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory developments related to e-waste management, staying abreast of emerging technologies and best practices.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, serving as a trusted advisor on e-waste sustainability initiatives and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and industry standards throughout the e-waste sourcing process.
- Lead cross-functional teams on e-waste sourcing projects and initiatives, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or certification in sustainability is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain management, or environmental sustainability roles, with a focus on e-waste management preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiating and managing contracts with corporate clients, with a track record of achieving sustainable and profitable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of e-waste regulations, industry standards, and best practices, with the ability to navigate complex compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with e-waste management software/tools is desirable.
